Kunika Rathore, Founder / CEO
Kunika Rathore is the CEO and Founder of The Unknowns agency, where she leads the vision, direction, and commercial performance of the organization. With a background in top-tier organizations like HogarthWW and Ogilvy and experience in the industry for more than a decade , she has served renowned Fortune 100 & 500 brands including Apple, Bose, Emirates, Unilever, and Google. Notably, she has received the Digital Woman Award in 2021, the India 5000 Women Achiever Award in 2022, and the BTX Top Woman Executive Award in 2022. Kunika is actively involved in mentoring at institutions such as Delhi University, IIT Guwahati, and FICCI.
